The CRA's agent lines are open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm Eastern time (5 am to 5 pm in British Columbia), and closed on weekends and public holidays. There is no 24-hour agent line, but the automated services run every day from 6 am to 3 am Eastern time.
